I’m finally beginning the finalization process for the Gen Con Larp.  I’ll admit that its taken far more time than I’d wanted, but we’re actually in pretty good shape.  We have all the judges, the character sheets and props are ready and envelopes are being stuffed as I type this.  So, we wanted to let people have a glimpse of what the Larp will look like. 

This year, we’ve set it in the Circle of Song, a small restaurant in Charouse, at the height of the Montaigne Revolution.  While the mob outside howls for more executions, the patrons and staff can relax and enjoy themselves.  The Circle of Song lives to entertain, in fact all the staff and some of the guests are actually performers who will grace us with their talents this year.  Some of the players will be provided with short soliloquies, but any other forms of entertainment would be welcome as well.  You can sing, you can dance, after all, this is Montaigne. 

Sadly, the harsh reality of the Revolution cannot be kept out as a group of Revolutionary forces insists on coming inside for some entertainment.  Those who despise the Revolution are also present, though they’ll need to keep their feelings well hidden or face execution themselves.
